Benefits Of Barre Pilates

Barre has seen increasing popularity in the last few years. Established in the 1960s in the US as a form of rehabilitative exercise based on traditional ballet moves and postures, Barre provides an excellent opportunity to shape, tone and strengthen your muscles and create a long, lean Ballerina body. Barre incorporates slow, stretching Yoga moves that allow the mind to destress and achieve a flow state similar to a guided meditation. The addition of Pilates exercises make the perfect round up to a 360 workout that helps to manage stress, tone the body, increase endurance and improve posture.
